GTEK RCYB Series Suspended Permanent Magnets are positioned over moving conveyor belts in a chute for the purpose of removing ferrous contaminants from bulk products flows. For applications that require a magnet to operate up to 400mm above a conveyor, the GTEK RCYB suspension permanent magnets are a cost effective solution that can be applied to a wide range of industries.
Working Principle
When operating, the permanent magnet is suspended above the conveyor or vibratory feeder to form a high intensity area. When the ferrous materials pass through, they will be separated from other materials by the high intensity magnetic force.
