GTEK Small Diameter Hydrocyclones are designed for very fine separations. Our Small Diameter Hydrocyclones provide continuous efficient service in a number of applications.
Description
GTEK Small Diameter Hydrocyclones are designed for very fine separations. In many applications Small Diameter Cyclones can be used in place of decanting centrifuges, providing the desired result at lower cost. The small hydrocyclones are limited on capacity so large numbers of these might have to be manifolded together in a close pack type vessels.
Our Small Diameter Hydrocyclones provide continuous efficient service in a number of applications including ultrafine separation, dewatering, classification and purification. They are used in a highly diverse range of applications including Kaolin processing, ore and mineral processing, environmental protection, as well as chemical industry.
Cooperation Cases
Small Diameter Hydrocyclones using on site at a Kaolin processing in Egypt
GTF10-90 using on site at a Kaolin processing in Beijing, China.
Working Principle
Hydrocyclones have no moving parts and achieve solid liquid separation by virtue of a pressure drop across the unit.
GTF-10 Series super-fine separation hydrocyclone is applicable to separation and concentration of material of d90%≤5μm, and the product granularity can reach d50%=0.3μm.
GTF-25 Series Hydrocyclone is applicable to separation, purification and concentration of material of d90%≤10μm, and the product granularity can reach d50%=1-2μm.
GTF-50 Series Hydrocyclone is applicable to separation, purification and concentration of material of d90%≤15μm, and the product granularity can reach d50%=2-4μm.
GTF-75 Series Hydrocyclone is applicable to separation, purification and concentration of material finer than 300 mesh, and the product granularity can reach finer than 500-800 mesh.
