Description

GTEK SF flotation machine is a self-aerated mechanical flotation machine with pulp suction capacity.

SF Flotation Machine can be used to achieve specific separations from complex ores such as lead-zinc, copper-zinc, etc. It can also be used to treat the sulphide ores, oxidized minerals, non-metallic ores and fine coalSF Flotation Machine can forms different bank to be applied for rouging, scavenging and cleaning concentration.

SF Flotation Machine is usually used combined with the JJF Series Flotation Machine to compose a Flotation Group as a pulp suction device.

Working Principle

Backward inclined double blades structure was adopted in the design of rotor. When the rotor is rotating, internal vacuum is created both in the upper and lower blade zone. Ambient air is drawn through an air intake pipe and standpipe by the action of upper blade, the bubbles are then micronized and make the minerals easier to stick on the bubbles. Mineral particles are collected by air bubbles forming aggregates in the contact zone, and Mineralized Bubbles aggregates rise by buoyancy towards the froth zone.The pulp from the upper tank zone is recirculated by upper blade, while the lower blade is designed to recirculate slurry from the bottom of tank to minimize sanding of coarse particles.
