Customized Drying Oven With 8 Air-Blower On Each Side
Working Principle
GTEK Heating and Drying Ovens use the forced air convection to conduct heat from electric heating tube into the tank. The electric heating tubes can be set up at three positions of the tank, include top, side and bottom, and are usually separated from the chamber by a division plate. When the air-blower start forcing the air pass through the electric heating area, by means of the air pressure, the air from outside or other positions of tank will fill to the area where the air pressure is lower. The heated air will be forced into the chamber through the small holes on the side of chamber, and will exit the chamber on the other side which forms a hot air circulation, and heating or dehydrating samples effectively.
Features

3. Outer shell made from cold-rolled plate with 1.5mm thickness, metal hammer paint finished which is high temperature resistant.
4. Inner walls made of stainless steel of 1.2mm thickness which is reinforced by stainless steel frame. Aluminium silicate fiber insulation with 100mm thickness between the outer shell and inner walls to ensure excellent insulation performance.
5. Temperature Range: RT-300℃ adjustable, with temperature rising 4-5℃ per minute. (Depending on the model)
6. Over-temperature protection mechanism, when temperature exceeds the set temperature, over-temperature protection device will start automatically, heating power will be cut and beep alarm at the meantime.
7. Overload protection, shortcut protection, overheat protection, phase failure protection and electricity leakage protection.
